What We Love


Inverness is wonderful, friendly town. We are a tight knit community that still holds some old fashion values like knowing your neighbors, walking in town safely, local interaction with the young and old, and a deep appreciation to the natural beauty that abounds here.

This property is close to everything yet very private. You will enter into your own private world as go down the driveway and through the trees. The home is warm and comforting, with fantastic 180 degree views, highlighted by spectacular Tomales Bay and Mount Vision. The home has 3/4" oak floors and is appointed with redwood throughout.  The wood burning stove is great for those cozy nights and as a backup to the new 96% efficiency heating system. The southern exposure makes this location especially nice. Unlike so many houses in Inverness and due to its orientation, this house resists mold, and stays dry and comfortable in winter.
